Executive Committee Vacancy Nominees

Taina Borrero: Native New Yorker, longtime UESider, lifelong Democrat. Active member of Lex Club since 2021. I serve on Manhattan CB 8, on the Board of the ERA Coalition, and am a congregant at East End Temple. My day job is as Senior VP at The Hayes Initiative, a public affairs firm. 

Roberta Kravette: A dedicated member of the Lexington Democratic Club since 2017, Roberta is a seasoned Executive Committee member and an active petitioner in every cycle. The co-founder of Destination: Wildlife, Roberta, is a committed environmentalist and believes in the power of local communities to raise well-being and make lasting change.

Tom Leonard: FDNY Lieutenant with experience serving in Harlem and the Bronx. New member of the Lexington Democratic Club and currently a Reserve Judicial Delegate. Looking forward to helping the Executive Committee, supporting the club, and serving the community through public service, teamwork, and local involvement.

David Smith: I'm a former New York Times journalist who served as Editor of the Week in Review section and Managing  Editor of the Times-owned International Herald Tribune. I love volunteering. I pitch in for the club at street fairs and deliver meals to the elderly around the city.

Isabella Soldano: I’m a native New Yorker, attorney, and public servant committed to advancing Democratic values and strengthening civic participation. Drawing on experience in private practice, city government, and political campaigns, I bring integrity, collaboration, and community leadership to every role I undertake. Outside of work, I enjoy running and painting.
